Restore & Rise Reclaim Your Body and Transform Your Relationship With Stress

  • Golds Gym of Islip 181 Freeman Avenue Islip, NY, 11751 United States (map)

Sunday April 14th, 21st, 28th and May 5th at 9:30am-11am in the brand new renovated Yoga Studio

Stress can show up everywhere! Stress can impact our health, mind, body, soul and even our relationships that we have with ourselves and others. When we are stressed, we are not our true selves. If we do not have the opportunity to release stress and tension, we can tend to internalize and/or project out onto others and the world. It can show up as physical pain, anxiety, anger, frustration, or illness. When we find peace, we are our true selves -- calm, happy, healthy -- and we can thrive!

Join Michelle in an stress-busting, life-changing 4-week yoga series. This workshop was built to empower individuals to take back control in their lives and reduce stress in a safe and judgment-free environment with guidance every step of the way. There will be a combination of coaching, energy medicine, chakra and meridian work, essential oils, movement, releasing old negative core beliefs, and instilling positive core beliefs and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. This will guide and empower you to reclaim your body and transform your relationship with stress.

This workshop qualifies for continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance for registered yoga teachers.

Sundays 4/14, 4/21, 4/28 and 5/5 at 9:30am-11am, $222, or 4 payments of $55.50 using Afterpay at checkout.
