Embodying Boundaries: Women’s Path to Intuition and Self-Discovery

Boundaries play a significant role in intuition by helping us discern between our own emotions, thoughts, and energies, and those of others. When we establish healthy boundaries, we create space for our intuition to speak clearly, free from external influences. This clarity allows us to better recognize and trust our intuitive insights, leading to more authentic decision-making, a deeper understanding, connection and fulfilling relationship with ourselves, others and overall creating an aligned life.

This group is intended to create a supportive and safe space to make new connections, explore and share the challenges and celebrate successes of our own boundaries. We will be deepening our understanding of how our boundaries not only affect our emotional, physical and mental wellness but how it connects to our second brain, our Intuition. The group will be introduced to somatic exercises, energy work and tools to improve confidence within ourselves, guide us back to our 'knowing", intuition.

I look forward to gathering together to reconnect to the important deeper parts of ourselves with self compassion and gentleness with clarity, strength and self confidence that resides within each and every one of us.

This is a closed online mutual support group for women

2 Day Retreat Immersion: Reclaim Your Body and Transform Your Relationship with Stress

  • Port Jefferson Village Center (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

September 22nd and 29th - 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Embark on a transformative two-day Retreat Immersion, designed to be more intensive than the workshop. Dive deep into somatic’s, multifaceted energy work integration and yoga practices aimed at reclaiming your body, transforming your relationship with stress and cultivating inner peace. Explore the intricacies of the nervous system, vagus nerve stress response, and trauma awareness to foster harmony within yourself and the world around you.

Example of Focus Areas:

- multifaceted energy work integration: Engage in dynamic energy practices to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

- yoga for stress transformation: Immerse yourself in powerful yoga techniques to shift your relationship with stress and enhance resilience.

- Deep dive into the nervous system: Explore the functions of the nervous system and its influence on stress responses for greater self-awareness.

- Vagus nerve activation: Learn advanced methods to activate the vagus nerve, promoting relaxation and emotional balance.

- Trauma-informed practices: Cultivate awareness of trauma responses and develop compassionate tools to navigate them effectively.

Who is this Yoga Retreat Immersion for?

This immersive retreat is ideal for individuals who:

- Seek a profound transformation in their relationship with stress and trauma.

- Desire to deepen their yoga practice with a focus on somatic awareness and integration and understanding of holistic wellness.

- Crave an immersive experience to accelerate personal growth and healing.

- Are committed to cultivating inner peace and harmony within themselves and their communities.

- Value the support of a dedicated group on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Example of what to expect:

Join us on the serene beachfront at 8:30 AM for a welcoming guided grounding meditation, setting the intention for a transformative journey ahead. As a group, we'll then transition to the second-floor sanctuary over-looking the water, where we'll settle in.

During this retreat, we will not only be exploring the intricate energy centers known as chakras and understanding how they affect our mind body and spirit but will be immersed in exploring, grow and shifting any stuck energy that is causing dis-ease, allowing release, regulation and reconnecting to our embodied Self.

Through various practices, including sound healing, somatic exercises and movement including yoga, utilizing the breath, essential oils, and energy work, we'll create a nurturing space for these vital aspects of our being.

This exploration extends to understanding how our experiences and traumas can influence our nervous system responses and trigger reactions. By gaining insight into the interplay between our chakras and nervous system, particularly the connection with the vagus nerve, we'll embark on a journey toward profound healing, improved relationship with the self and others and ultimately, inner peace.

Props will be provided for all participants, including yoga mats, blankets, two blocks, and a bolster. However, if you prefer to bring your own props, you're more than welcome to do so.

As a special gift, each participant will receive a welcome intention bag, filled with personalized tokens to accompany them on their unique path of self-discovery and growth throughout the retreat.

September 22nd and 29th 9am-3pm (there will be a break for your choice of leisure)

Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness

Feeling uneasy?

Worry can sometimes get the best of us; leaving us feeling confused, in the dark, uncertain about things. Worry can lead to anxiety, excessive thinking, panic, sadness & even depression. It can really take a hold of our ways of thinking, doing or not doing & decision-making. Feeling uneasy, heavy in the heart & mind can affect our life as a whole; mind body spirit. It can stop us from doing things we know that are good for us, make us do things that are not, & it can also keep us stuck, sometimes even feeling paralyzed.

But, worry does not have to be the leader of our lives. Letting go of the grip of what does not serve us by grounding & rooting firmly into our true selves, our lightness through Yoga.

"Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges."

Find the Gift in Forgiveness

forgiveness.png

Pain. Anger. Hatred. Guilt. Shame. Judgement. UGH!

Pain shows up in many different forms & can stem from many different situations & life events. From loss of a loved one, from past ‘mistakes’, from being wronged, from unfortunate situations, from never saying what you ‘should’ of or ‘shouldn’t’ of said.

We can carry the pain, the anger, the hate, the guilt, the shame & the judgement into every part of our lives; moments of our lives where there is so much light, joy, happiness, and beauty, there is pain.

How does this pain show up for you in your life?

This does not need to be your truth.

You can free yourself from the control of negative energies, lessen its grip it has on you, find healing & move towards freedom from all the heaviness. Through forgiveness.

Come join in this very powerful Series as we, together, will move towards forgiveness.

“The word alone says GIVE. To forgive is a gift.”

Forgiveness is one of the most important components of healing.

To forgive yourself, others & life. To forgive what has been, what is & what is playing out into the world.

A little bit about what forgiveness is not:

  • A feeling or emotion, although it does affect our feelings & emotions.

  • Forgetting, denying, minimizing or ignoring the wrongs that have occurred.

  • Letting people “off the hook”, “forgive & forget”.

  • Condoning, excusing or justifying bad behavior or becoming complacent in continuing it.

  • Repressing genuine feelings of anger hurt or hate.

Forgiveness is a conscious decision to offer grace to release feelings of resentment or vengeance when you’ve been hurt.

Forgiveness opens possibility for restoration and growth again.

Forgiveness is POWERFUL.

This workshop is not for you if you are not ready or open to use forgiveness as a tool for your well-being.
