Stress can show up everywhere! Stress can impact our health, mind, body, soul & even our relationships that we have with ourselves & others. When we are stressed, we are not our true selves. It can show up as physical pain, anxiety, anger, frustration and even worse, illness. When we find peace, we are our true selves, calm, happy, healthy, that can thrive! 

Whether we are stressed or not, the energy we pull in & put out, it impacts all areas of our lives.

But, stress doesn’t have to rule our lives. We can reclaim our power and our peace through yoga.

This workshop was built to empower individuals to take back control in their lives and reduce stress in a safe and judgment free environment with guidance every step of the way.

“When you find peace on your mat, you will then be able to find that peace off your mat”

Participants in this Yoga Series can expect to:
• Gain awareness of mind-body connection
• Increase their sense of inner power
• Reduce, eliminate and control their stress
• Drop that last bit of holding on to unnecessary issues
• Increase in energy and ability to sleep
• Increase healthy thoughts and eliminate negative thinking

This Yoga Series is broken up into four 75 min in person consecutive sessions | Location - Long Island, Smithtown, NY.
